RATES
Retainer Fees
We offer discounted rates to clients who retain our services on a monthly basis (a minimum of 10 hours per month). Retainer fees are due at the beginning of each month. (Please note that unused retainer hours are not carried over.)
Pay-As-You-Go
We determine Pay-As-You-Go rates on a per project basis (billed in 15 minute increments). Fees are based on the intricacy and length of the assignment. Feel free to contact us or submit a Request for Proposal to receive a quote.
Last Minute Rush Assignment
Assignments or projects requiring turnaround of less than 24 hours, weekend and/or holiday work will be subject to a supplemental 20% fee.
Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
Supplemental costs such as courier charges, printing costs or unique supply requests will be passed along to clients.
